Privacy Policy
How Genesis Electric LLC collects, uses and protects the information you share with us — on this website, over the phone, and through our ads.
This Privacy Policy explains how Genesis Electric LLC (“Genesis,” “we,” “us”), an electrical, HVAC and plumbing contractor based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, handles personal information when you visit genesiselectric.llc, call or text us, fill out a form, or respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the work you need — for example when you request a free estimate, call us, submit a form on this site, or fill out a lead form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads.
- Job information: notes, photos and records about the work we perform at your property, and payment and financing records when you hire us.
- Information collected automatically: when you visit this website, we and our partners may collect technical information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and general location, using cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule appointments, provide estimates and perform service.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your request or job.
- To process payments and, if you ask, connect you with financing providers.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website — for example, to see which ads lead to estimate requests and to show our ads to people more likely to need our services.
- To comply with the law and protect our business and customers.
Advertising, cookies and the Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., on this website. It lets Meta collect information about your activity on our site (such as pages viewed and form submissions) and use it to measure our ads and show you relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram and other Meta services. Meta’s use of this information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
You can control ads you see on Meta through your Facebook Ad Preferences, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
Lead forms on Facebook and Instagram
If you submit a lead form in one of our ads, Meta shares the information you enter (such as your name, phone number and email) with us so we can contact you about your request. We use it only for that purpose and as described in this policy.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run our business (for example scheduling, dispatch, payment processing, email and website hosting), who may use it only to provide services to us.
- With financing providers, if you ask us to help you apply for financing.
- With advertising partners such as Meta, as described above.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our customers, employees or business.
Text messages
If you text us or ask us to text you, we will use your number only to communicate about your request or service. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep information
We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties, and meet legal, tax and licensing requirements, and then delete or de-identify them.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing office@genesiselectric.llc or calling 615-907-8253. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Children
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
